Liv 52 I feel has helped clean my liver and also helped stimulate bowel movement, which is removing toxins. Also by taking a supplement it has a mental effect, that being a reinforcement of my resolve to stay drink free. It has to be taken with a glass of water which helps with hydration.

Thank you very much indeed.
I am using Liv.52 to relieve some kind of heavy stomach with gases - bad digestion, and it helps me with constipation as well..
I need to have it with me as an emergency now but in the past or if there is long term condition, I used it for a month or two and I felt much better - nearly no problem now.
I have it just in case now and to resolve some constipation /if needed/. Thank you very much indeed.
I am looking for Charack product - the Shilajit / Momio/- it helps very much in case of loose bowels or colon irritation - with quick and long term result ! You sell it in Bulgaria but is difficult to find it in UK.
I would be happy to have it - again just in case.

The Real Tablets
This company has the real European Himalaya tablets, not the ones colour coated and with parabens which are not as good at all ! Excellent customer service and dispatch ! I give them Full 5 Stars !
