Much better than my old strip cut shredder.
Much better than my old strip cut shredder. Thought it had stopped working after only one day, until my partner realised that I'd put the top back on the wastebin the wrong way round. I didn't think it would make a difference but it did - must be a safety cutout to make sure it doesn't go on when the top's not on the bin or isn't fitted properly, though I can't see mention of this in the instructions. It does cut out fairly frequently, but I'm working my way through a large backlog of papers to be shredded so that's understandable. Just leave it a few minutes to cool down and start again.
